The bachelor thesis deals with public satisfaction analysis of banking products institutions. The analysis focuses on basic banking product of particular banks placed in Czech Republic. The theoretical section outlines the definition of customer, the definition of marketing, the methods of marketing research including instruments. It occupies with the characteristics of banking institutions and given banking product. The practical section is aimed at the survey of customer‘s satisfaction with offered product, the following analysis of the collected data and the suggest of improving the product and services.
The Influence of Banking Products to Construction Cost From the Suppliers' Perspective.

The thesis is focused on the determination of fees for banking services and their proportion of the total cost of realization work. The theoretical part is zoomed in terms of supplier orders from the search for a recording contract for work that is described in detail. Furthermore, have been clarified the methods of determining bid price of construction, as construction is financed. The following is analysis of banking products that relate to construction contracts, what is their purpose, what is their price. The practical part is focused on the financial costs of several construction companies and their analysis. The last is a specific contract, which is described from the point of view gradually accruing costs.

Vařeka. D. Determinants of consumer decision-making when choosing a commercial bank. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno 2024 The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the factors influencing consumers when choosing a commercial bank, to evaluate their products and services, and subsequently to choose the most suitable banking subject. The first part contains the definition of basic terms and processing of the literary research of theoretical literature in the banking domain and banking products. The second part contains two research phases. The first phase deals with a detailed description and comparison of selected domestic commercial banks, their products and services. In the second phase, a questionnaire survey is carried out with the aim of finding out the factors that influence customers when choosing a bank. The third part contains an evaluation of both phases of the research, including a comparison of the results and the determination of a suitable recommendation.
Banks and their electronic communication with their clients

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of banks with focus on electronic banking. The thesis has two part - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part of this thesis characterizes the banking system in the Czech Republic, defines the term bank, characterizes its functions and selected banking products and also briefly describes the history of banks and money. Attention is being paid especially to the means of electronic communication between banks and their clients. The thesis then defines the term electronic banking, characterizes different means of electronic banking (cards, phone banking, homebanking, internetbanking and smartbanking), shortly describes their history, their advantages, the risks resulting from this type of communication and possible solutions for preventing these risks. In the theoretical part, I used mainly the descriptive method and the method of analysis. The practical part of this thesis compares the electronic means of communication (namely internetbanking and smartbanking) used by three prominent Czech banks - Česká spořitelna, Českoslovanská národní banka (ČSOB) and Fio banka. Analysis of the offer of banking products for students

The bachelor thesis deals with banking products for students. The theoretical part describes three basic approaches to systemize banking products. The practical part focuses on the analysis of basic banking products od paticular banks operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and their subsequent comparison. Compared products are student account, overdraft, credit card and consumer loans for students. The study also discusses the possibility of introducing tuition fees in the Czech Republic and the approaches to the system of student loans that are used worldwide. It also contains a case study that examines if changes in cost-sharing have an impact on the behaviour of students and higher education institutions.

Analysis of Internet Banking

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the current situation about internet banking. The first part focuses on the classification of this term and characterization its attributes and options. The work devotes successively to neccessary conditions for using internet banking, security methods and services provided by it. The second part extends theoretical findings by practical analysis of internet banking applications of three banks in Czech republic. The comparison consists of four parts. Every of the them evaluate different aspect of internet banking: basic services, complementary services, visual aspect and security. Internet banking is a very popular service with great potencial, which can be used by its provider. Inovations of internet banking create differences between banks, because basic services a security they provide mostly without problems.
The comparison of the level in financial literacy by students of different types of high schools

The main aim of this bachelor paper was to find how students these days are knowledgeable in banking products problems. The paper is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part defines financial literacy, refers to the organisations working on this field, compares education of financial literacy in the Czech Republic and in the world, introduces the banking products available in our country, and indicates the results of previous studies. The practical part is focused on a research held at secondary schools. The outcomes of the research show the level of financial literacy of students, mainly how good they are in understanding the banking products offered. The research included final year students of various types of secondary schools (grammar schools, special secondary schools).

Part of the paper describes the forming of the banking sector in the Czech Republic and the current situation. The paper also deals with the change of Volksbank CZ to Sberbank CZ. The analysis of the offer of banking products and costs related to accounts compares the position of certain products of Volksbank CZ with those of competition in the period from October 2012 to January 2013.
